October 2026 tech picks: historical prices, not live deals. This page preserves five offers we checked on 9 October after Prime Big Deal Days. We have not reverified those prices or stock today, so do not assume the discounts below are still available. Use the links to check the current offer, seller and delivery details before buying.
Price check: October 9, 2026. Archive labelling updated October 20: these five offers were checked on Amazon US at approximately 11:40–11:42 UTC. Each price is at least 20% below the list price shown at that check. We removed Kindle Kids after its price returned to $179.99 and left out the Canon MegaTank G3270 because we could not recheck its current offer. Prices, sellers and availability can change; confirm the final details before buying.

Historical offers checked on 9 October 2026
These are the linked standard retail offers, rather than Amazon Resale prices. Check any Prime requirement on the listing. Delivery, stock and the seller can change with your address or selected option, so check them again before paying. Displayed savings are rounded to whole percentages and use Amazon’s list prices at the time of our check. List prices are not proof of a previous selling price or a historical low. We haven’t hands-on tested these products.

Check current price on Amazon USHas Prime Day finished, and do you still need Prime?
Amazon’s 2026 Prime Big Deal Days event ran October 6–7. The event has ended. Check each listing for any Prime requirement; delivery benefits and account offers can differ. There is no need to join Prime just because a product appeared in the sale.
Shopping in the UK? The US prices above do not apply to Amazon UK. Use Amazon UK’s event page to check what it now shows; the October event has ended there too. Check the local model, price and seller before buying.

Five checks before you buy
- Write down your budget and the job the device needs to do.
- Compare the exact model and storage capacity. A cheaper version may have different features.
- Check price history and other retailers. A crossed-out list price does not prove a good saving.
- Check the seller, condition, return window and warranty, especially for refurbished items.
- Allow for accessories, subscriptions and setup costs. Skip a deal if the total exceeds your budget.
Avoid fake Prime Day offers
Open the Amazon app or type its address yourself rather than following an unexpected email, text or advert. Never give a caller your password or a sign-in code. Read our guide to avoiding online shopping scams for more warning signs.
